Da qualche anno, passando dalla strada lì vicino, la vedevamo immersa nel verde e ci chiedevamo chissà quali bellezze custodisse. Alla fine ci siamo decisi a visitarla e siamo rimasti a bocca aperta: tetti e pareti affrescate, splendide rifiniture esterne e anche una decorazione firmata da Alessandro Abate, pittore catanese protagonista della scena pittorica siciliana dagli inizi del 1900.

For some years now, passing by the nearby street, we saw the abandoned villa surrounded by greenery and we imagined what beauties it held. In the end we decided to visit it and we were amazed: we find the roofs and the frescoed walls, splendid external finishes and a decoration signed by Alessandro Abate, a painter from Catania who has been a protagonist of the Sicilian pictorial scene since the early 1900s.
